1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is subject to counselling, assessment, and eligibility criteria
• Scholarship benefits are granted based on merit and evaluation
• Students must submit valid documents during admission

2. Academic Policy

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and regular attendance
• Performance will be monitored through tests, assignments, and assessments
• VSI follows a structured academic system focused on concept-based learning

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees must be paid as per selected program structure
• Installment options may be available
• Fees once paid are subject to refund policy conditions

4. Refund Policy

• Applicable only for new admissions
• Within first 10 days: 100% refund (excluding registration & kit fees)
• Within 30 days: Pro-rata refund on tuition fees only
• No refund on test series
• Refund processed within 15 business days via bank transfer only
• No refund after eligible period

5. Scholarship Policy

• Scholarships are merit-based and limited
• Based on scholarship test performance and academic evaluation
• VSI reserves the right to grant or withdraw scholarship benefits

6. Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Maintain discipline and respect faculty and peers
• Avoid misconduct, disruption, or academic dishonesty
• Follow institute rules and guidelines

Violation may result in disciplinary action or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• All study materials, content, and resources provided by VSI are proprietary
• Students are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share materials

8. Safety & Security

• VSI provides a secure campus with CCTV surveillance and safety protocols
• Students must follow all safety instructions

9. Limitation of Liability

• VSI provides guidance, mentorship, and academic support
• Results depend on individual effort and performance
• VSI does not guarantee ranks or outcomes

10. Changes to Programs

• VSI reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty allocation, or course structure if required

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Misuse website content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use data for illegal purposes

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Kolkata jurisdiction.
